New Reporting and Project Management System Launched

The human mind is an amazing thing but it's not without it's flaws. Keeping track of things and remembering what needs to be done by whom and when, is a tricky business. People use post it notes, bits of paper, calendars and all sorts of different reminders to keep on top of things. Sooner or later something goes missing or some one spills their coffee.

hum have always believed in good strong project management. This not only takes good skills but also good tools. This is why we have always used great software to manage our projects (read: your projects). Today we announce the release of our latest project management and reporting system.

The system takes projects from the early days of gathering ideas and requirements, through development, launch and into maintenance - not to mention any upgrades and enhancements our clients request. 

Anyone involved in a project can (and should) access the online software, viewed through their web browser. It puts the client directly in touch with our developers and administrators and lets them see the project progress or issue being resolved. 

At any time our clients can log in and get an overview of completed, resolved and out-standing items. They can report new issues, file support requests or add items to their wish list of new features. Not only that but they can use or review the great collaboration and discussion tools or see all of their project documents such as the proposal, contract and technical specification.

We think this system is so easy to use and understand, we're rolling it out to all of our clients, no matter what size or skill level. And, of course, there is always the same great support by phone or email but now with the added benefit of time savings, trust and accountability our project management software brings.
