Email Access

hum provides you with a number of different ways to access your email. You can pick the method that suits you best and change between them at any time.

We provide access to emails over IMAP, POP3 and through web mail. Each of these services can be encrypted with SSL or TLS.

IMAP is the perfect choice when you want to be able to access all of your emails from anywhere you happen to be. IMAP keeps all of your messages stored on the email server, meaning that you always know you can see all of your emails. It doesn't matter if you are using your office computer, home computer or your web mail from an internet cafe.

IMAP is also an ideal choice if you have several members of a team who need to share access to the same mailbox.

Our IMAP servers offer additional facilities such as alerting your email client as soon as a new message arrives and carrying out advanced searches of your mail boxes on the server.
