The Cavanagh Group is a trading name of Cavanagh Financial Management Ltd. Cavanagh formed as a partnership in 1996 to set a new benchmark in providing independent financial planning solutions to the legal sector.
With an AIM flotation in October 2001, nine offices nationwide, seventy-three registered individuals and over 160 staff, effective communication is essential. This is one of the prime reasons Cavanagh came to hum with a need to overhaul their existing web based structures and communication.
The aim for The Cavanagh Group was to overhaul their intranet system to achieve the following:
- Create a unique, informative, engaging, user-friendly company intranet that successfully promotes and informs company personnel.
- Include consideration for future integrations and ease of use of an online CMS system that allows full internal designated control for updating and editorial content.
- Increase personnel intranet users and repeat visits.
- Focus on user added value with measurement through positive feedback.
- Personnel registration online with secure login managed by CMS with a purpose to provide confidential personalised information.
The intranet and web site has gained successful response from internal staff and Cavanagh clients - the intranet has recently had further social functionality added to enable a stronger connection with staff and the many offices of Cavanagh.
